We finally have been told that the Little Rock room is available now for the HJ Ellison Museum. Mike Matlock called me and gave me the good news. Mike has really done alot of work in procuring the room. He is so very happy that finally we will be able to start building.

Mike reports that he is receiving items for the museum from shipmates. I have much to send to him to be displayed in our room. Wehave a replica of his medals and his 1941 aviation wings to put on display. His original ones are at the Naval Museum in Pennsacola, FL.

This will be a great tribute to Harold J. Ellison & Mrs. Ellison and our ship.
