Here's a list of the new things happening on the Web Site. This is helpful if you do not want to go through the entire Site to discover what's new. Every major update I do, will be posted here in description.

| 17 August, 2001 | Last of the Crew updates! Finally!!!!! Also, check out our newest website award (12th!) on the awards page. There's a new Military.com Toolbox on the front page that I'm sure you have seen, as well as a bio and picture of Commander Zyvoloski in the Wardroom. |

| 28 Feb, 1999 | Hello again sailors! It's been a while, but a couple updates have been put in place. We are a member of a new Great Destroyers Web Ring which will let you browse other ship's pages, and I also changed some information on the upcoming reunion information page. Check it out! |
| 26 Dec, 1998 | Added some members to the "Final Voyage Page". Also, there's some great new information on the reunion information page about a scheduled Alaskan Cruise for the 1999 reunion! |
| 3 Dec, 1998 | Added notice of Michael Durkins passing, the Tin Can Sailor Bull Session, got rid of some older info on the Happy Jack Page, changed birthday announcements to December, Added Mr. Durkin to the Final Voyage Page, added a link to the USS K.D. Bailey Web Site. Sorry to hear about Mr. Durkin, His contribution to the site takes on new meaning now. |

| 07 Oct, 1998 | It was the Briner family day here on the Ellison Site - Added Commander Briner's Page, and XO Robert Briner's Memory Lane Page. I'll get those pictures back soon, Mr. Briner. I also changed the 1953 Crew's Photos under Memory Lane to included names at the bottom. Other than that, just some typo corrections and stuff like that - ENJOY! |

Flynn Page, added music to all CO's pages as well as Wardroom Contributors, enhanced the JC South Page, more articles on Happy Jack... the list goes on. Hey! We also won another award! That's EIGHT!!! The popularity is growing, and thanks Ken for your dedication to this project. |
| 20 Sep, 1998 | More changes - added Memory Lane Pages for MF Gausepohl and Lloyd Dale (great pictures, guys), There's a great new photo that dawns the top of the photos page courtesy M Gausepohl, and lots more reunion photos as well for past reunions (Thanks Lloyd). The commanders were moved from Ward Room to their own Commander's Page under Crews. |

Too numerous to mention, might I suggest surfing the whole site paying close attention to these areas: Past Reunions, Commanders Page (New Links to COs Pages), and the Photos Page has a new "Commissioning" section. Lot's of photos and history. Also the Wardroom and Memroy Lane got updates as well. |

The difinitive end to the HJ Ellison (Happy Jack) has been learned and is posted here for the first time. Hats off, men. It's fitting that the beginning and the end of the Happy Jack have been posted on the very same day, August 24th, 1998. |
